Welcome to the snooze fest which is our privacy policy statement.
1. About Forwertz ApS
Forwertz ApS is a brand agency. We sell consulting and marketing services.
We do our best to collect as few personal details as possible. We don’t chase you across various platforms just because you visit ours. However, to maintain contact with our clients and offer them the best service possible, we do store some data.
Below are the details of how we use personal data. ForwertZ ApS is responsible for processing these personal data.
2. Contact information
Got questions about this boring text or the way we process personal data? Let us know at hej@forwertz.dk.
If you’d rather send a carrier pigeon or letter to our neglected mailbox, aim that at our address Marsalle 111, 8700 Horsens, Denmark.
3. Categories of personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that can, to some extent, be related to you.
When you use our website, our service systems, or communicate with us, this information may be collected.
Forwertz ApS typically collects the following data:
- Name
- Title/Role
- Physical address
- Phone number
- IP address
- Sometimes location and language
- Employer or affiliated companies
- Billing information
- Addresses for shipments, training, and workshops
- Information about your visits to our website as well as the materials you access and use
- Information about your computer, browser, and other data collected by necessary plugins
We process your information according to these principles:
- Only collect necessary personal data for specific, legitimate purposes.
- Do not use your data for purposes other than they were collected for, without seeking specific consent for new purposes.
- Do not share your personal data with others unless we have your consent to do so.
- Ensure that the information is kept up to date by staying in touch with you (why else should we have data about you?). We hope you will tip us off when your relevant information changes.
- Protect your personal data from illegal processing, destruction, and disclosure by securing our systems with codes, locking our office doors, connecting the alarm, and shredding any papers with your information when we no longer have a valid reason to keep them.
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary to do our job for you as well as possible – and, of course, to comply with the law.
4. How we use your personal data
We only process your personal data when necessary in a relationship with you as a customer, supplier, or partner, and to comply with the overwhelming amount of laws and regulations in the area.
Most personal data will be linked to customer relationships and used in our operations. Here, your data will typically be involved in your capacity as a contact person at a company when we need to communicate, invoice, and possibly market or conduct statistics.
If you are a subcontractor for one of our customers or partners, there may also be a relevant reason for us to store your data in our customer file. The purpose in this case would be to contact you quickly so we can jointly solve tasks for our customers.
When we process or share your data
As a rule, we never share personal data that we can avoid sharing. But there are cases where we need to do it:
- If you give us consent for a particular purpose that requires sharing your information
- When we need to process your data to ensure we comply with the law
- When we cannot perform tasks for you without processing your personal data
- If authorities have legitimate demands to obtain your personal data from us
- If we suspect fraud or other criminal activities, which we need to notify authorities about to stay on the right side of the law
- When it’s necessary to use your data to process payments, analyze data, communicate with you, and provide the best customer service
- When we can’t disable tracking and data processing in necessary additions to our website, in our email marketing, and the like
- If we are acquired by a company that both has the morals and the capital in order
Who do we share your information with?
We never sell your information to third parties (unless we are acquired as fantasized above).
We only shareyour data unless it’s absolutely necessary. These are platforms we may share them with:
- Our secured CRM system
- Our email marketing platform
- Our subcontractors, whom you have consented to be contacted by
- Authorities upon relevant requests
5. Storing your personal data
We primarily store your data in secured digital systems such as an end-to-end encrypted cloud server.
Papers with your data on them are secured behind locked doors and alarms when we are not in the office. We print as little as possible and make sure to shred such papers when they have served their legitimate purpose.
Personal data in connection with purchases are stored for five years unless you continue the customer relationship, and we can then use your history to give you an even better customer experience.
6. Your rights
You have the right to demand that we comply with personal data regulations. You can always ask to see the data we have collected about you and demand a change or deletion by revoking your consent. Just say the word!
Have us fire up the shredding machines (analog as well as digital) by using the contact information above.
You can also make complaints about our use of your personal data. Direct any complaints to:
Datatilsynet
Borgergade 28, 5.

We’ll update this mandatory string of words if anything changes or the authorities make new demands.
